Data Deletion

You can ask Consigliere Labs, Inc. to delete the data we hold about you, or about the advertising accounts you have connected to our applications, at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email hello@consigliere.com with the subject line “Data deletion request.”
2. Tell us the email address you sign in with, and, for advertising data, the name or ID of each ad account or Business Manager the request covers.
3. We will confirm that the request comes from you or from someone authorized for those accounts, then delete the data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What We Delete

• Your account: your name, email address, profile photo and sign-in identifiers.
• Advertising data: the account structure, performance metrics and ad creative we retrieved from Meta, Google or TikTok for the accounts you name, including the copies held in our analytics warehouse and storage.

We may keep a record that the request was made, and any information we are required by law or by contract to retain, for only as long as that requirement applies.

Removing Our Access

Deleting data does not by itself stop new data from being retrieved. To end our access as well:

• Meta: remove Consigliere as a partner or remove its system user from your Business Manager or ad account, in Meta Business Settings. If you connected through Facebook, you can also remove the app under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.
• Google: remove Consigliere from your Google Account permissions page.
• TikTok: disconnect Consigliere from your TikTok account or TikTok Ads Manager settings.
