Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (https://consigliere.com) and of the applications Consigliere Labs, Inc. (“Consigliere,” “we,” “us”) provides to its team and clients, including Consigliere Ads, Consigliere Publisher, our brand studio apps, and the connectors that let AI assistants use them (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. Where you use the Services under a separate written agreement with Consigliere, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Who May Use the Services

Our applications are business tools, not consumer products. They are available only to Consigliere personnel and to clients and collaborators we have invited, and only for work with or for Consigliere. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Your Account

You sign in with an account we have authorized, such as your Google account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share access with anyone else. Tell us promptly at hello@consigliere.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when an engagement ends or to protect the Services.

Connected Platforms

Some Services connect to third-party platforms, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, to read advertising data or to sign you in. When you or your organization grant us access to an account on one of those platforms, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and you can withdraw that access at any time from the platform itself. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. How we handle the data we receive from them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data, workspaces or accounts you have not been given access to.
• Copy, resell or share the Services, or content from them, outside the work they were provided for.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services.
• Use the Services to break any law or any connected platform’s policies.

Content and Ownership

Clients keep ownership of their own brand materials and advertising data. Consigliere owns the Services themselves, including their software, design and methods. Ownership of work produced for a client is set by that client’s agreement with Consigliere.

Confidentiality

The Services may show you confidential information belonging to Consigliere or its clients. Use it only for the work it was shared for and do not disclose it to anyone else.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Reports, analyses and AI-generated suggestions are aids to decision-making; review them before acting on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consigliere disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consigliere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
